Welcome to ReelzMint.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelzMint website, platform, applications, tools, AI generation features, payment features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

ReelzMint is an AI-powered platform that helps users create faceless videos, scripts, voiceovers, images, captions, thumbnails, and related digital content.

By accessing or using ReelzMint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"ReelzMint", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ReelzMint Platform.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.

"Platform" means the ReelzMint website, dashboard, tools, APIs, applications, AI generation workflows, payment systems, and related services.

"Input" means any prompt, text, idea, script, image, audio, video, file, instruction, preference, selection, brand asset, or other material submitted by you to the Platform.

"Output" means any script, image, audio, voiceover, video, caption, thumbnail, metadata, or other content generated by or through the Platform.

"User Content" means Inputs, uploaded content, and any content you submit, upload, store, or process through ReelzMint.

"Generated Content" means Outputs created through the Platform.

"Credits" means prepaid or allocated units used to access certain paid features, generations, exports, or services on ReelzMint.

"Paid Services" means any paid plan, credit pack, subscription, generation, export, or other paid feature offered by ReelzMint.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReelzMint. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws. If you use ReelzMint on behalf of a company, business, agency, or organisation, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe a user does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete account information, keep your login credentials secure, not share your account with unauthorised users, promptly update your account information if it changes, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Description of Services

ReelzMint provides AI-powered tools for creating faceless videos and related content. The Platform may include topic and idea generation, script generation, scene generation, voiceover generation, image generation, video generation, caption generation, thumbnail generation, brand or style selection, project storage, download/export tools, credit-based usage, and payment and subscription features.

The availability, quality, speed, pricing, and functionality of these services may change from time to time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at our discretion.

5. AI-Generated Content

ReelzMint uses artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers to generate content. You understand and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, repetitions, distortions, or unexpected results; outputs may not always be unique; similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users; outputs may require human review, editing, fact-checking, and legal review before publication; ReelzMint does not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, original, copyright-safe, brand-safe, legally compliant, or suitable for any specific purpose; and ReelzMint does not guarantee that any video will go viral, receive engagement, increase revenue, or produce business results.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, publishing, and using any Generated Content.

6. User Inputs and Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of content that you upload or submit to ReelzMint. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant ReelzMint a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, transform, modify, display, transmit, and use your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Platform, generate requested Outputs, store and manage your projects, process previews and downloads, provide support, debug technical issues, maintain safety and security, improve service reliability, and enforce these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you own or have valid rights to use the User Content; your User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contractual right, or other third-party right; your User Content does not violate applicable law; your User Content does not contain malware, harmful code, or unlawful material; and you have obtained all necessary permissions for any personal data, likenesses, voices, brand assets, or third-party materials included in your uploads.

You must not upload confidential, sensitive, illegal, or unauthorised third-party content.

7. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Generated Content created through your account for personal or commercial purposes. However, ReelzMint does not guarantee exclusive ownership of AI-generated outputs; similar content may be generated for other users; some outputs may contain elements that resemble existing content, styles, ideas, or public-domain material; your right to use Generated Content may be subject to the terms of third-party AI, voice, image, video, or media providers; and you are responsible for checking whether Generated Content is suitable for your intended use.

ReelzMint does not provide legal clearance, copyright clearance, trademark clearance, personality rights clearance, music licensing, advertising compliance review, or platform policy review. Before using Generated Content commercially, you should review it carefully and, where necessary, seek professional advice.

8. Credits, Paid Plans, and Usage

ReelzMint may offer free credits, paid credits, subscription plans, usage-based pricing, or other paid features. Credits may be consumed when you use certain features, including script generation, image generation, voice generation, video generation, exporting or downloading videos, regenerations, premium styles or voices, higher-quality rendering, and additional storage or project limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise: credits have no cash value; credits are non-transferable; credits cannot be resold; credits may expire after a specified period; credits may be deducted once a generation request is successfully submitted or processed; free credits may be limited, revoked, modified, or discontinued at any time; and we may change credit pricing, plan features, or usage limits prospectively.

If a generation fails due to a verified technical error on ReelzMint's side, we may restore credits or provide an alternative remedy in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Payments

Payments for Paid Services may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information, pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges, comply with the terms of the relevant payment provider, and authorise us or our payment provider to charge the selected payment method.

We do not directly store full card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, net banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment options supported by the payment provider. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, duplicate payments, failed generations, and credit restoration are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless otherwise stated in that policy, digital services are considered delivered once credits are added, generation begins, or content is made available; refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with creative results; refunds are not guaranteed after credits are consumed; refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, verified technical failures, or payment errors; and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines. 11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReelzMint to create, upload, process, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or prohibited. You must not use the Platform to create or promote illegal activity; fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation; hate speech or discriminatory abuse; harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation; sexually explicit or exploitative content; content involving sexual exploitation of minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; deepfakes or impersonations without permission; misleading political, financial, medical, or legal claims; defamation or reputational harm; copyright or trademark infringement; content that violates privacy or publicity rights; malware, hacking, credential theft, or cyber abuse; violence, self-harm, or instructions for wrongdoing; spam, platform manipulation, or automated abuse; or content that violates the policies of social media platforms where you publish it.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report activity where we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

12. User Responsibility for Published Content

You are solely responsible for any content you publish, post, upload, advertise, monetise, or distribute using ReelzMint-generated materials. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, consumer protection rules, intellectual property laws, privacy and data protection laws, platform policies of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or any other platform, and industry-specific regulations applicable to your business.

ReelzMint is not responsible for takedowns, account suspensions, copyright claims, ad rejections, demonetisation, penalties, disputes, or losses arising from your use or publication of Generated Content.

13. Third-Party Services

ReelzMint may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, AI generation, voice generation, image generation, video generation, storage, analytics, authentication, email, monitoring, and other functions. Your use of certain features may be subject to third-party terms, policies, and limitations. We are not responsible for downtime of third-party services, changes to third-party APIs, third-party pricing changes, third-party content restrictions, third-party data handling practices, third-party payment delays, or third-party model errors or output quality issues. We may change third-party providers at any time.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep ReelzMint available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or instant access. The Platform may be unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, technical failures, cloud provider outages, AI provider outages, payment gateway issues, high traffic, security incidents, software bugs, network issues, or events beyond our control.

Video generation and other AI processing may take time. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses caused by delays, downtime, failed generations, or temporary unavailability.

15. Beta Features and Experimental Tools

Some features may be released as beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features. These features may be unstable, produce inconsistent results, change without notice, have limited availability, be discontinued, or contain errors or bugs. You use beta or experimental features at your own risk.

16. Intellectual Property of ReelzMint

ReelzMint and its Platform, including software, design, branding, logos, workflows, interfaces, templates, systems, prompts, code, databases, graphics, and documentation, are owned by ReelzMint or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform; use ReelzMint branding without permission; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform itself; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission; attempt to bypass technical restrictions or usage limits; or use the Platform to build a competing product without permission.

17. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or feedback, you grant ReelzMint a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, modify, implement, and commercialise that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, remove content, or refuse service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, infringe third-party rights, attempt to bypass payment or credit limits, engage in fraud, abuse, spam, or unlawful activity, your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk, required by law, court order, or government request, your payment fails or is disputed, or your account remains inactive for a prolonged period.

You may stop using ReelzMint at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to your account, projects, generated content, unused credits, subscriptions, and stored data, subject to applicable law and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

19. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using ReelzMint, you agree that your information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you upload or submit through the Platform is collected and shared lawfully.

20. Confidentiality

You should not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or legally privileged information to ReelzMint unless you are authorised to do so and understand the risks of AI and cloud processing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated workflows are suitable for handling highly confidential information. If you are a business user, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of ReelzMint complies with your internal policies, client obligations, and confidentiality commitments.

21. No Professional Advice

ReelzMint may generate scripts, captions, marketing claims, educational content, financial content, legal content, health content, or other informational material. Such content is generated for creative and informational purposes only. ReelzMint does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, compliance, advertising, or professional advice. You should not rely on Generated Content as professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining expert review where needed.

22. No Guarantee of Results

ReelzMint does not guarantee viral performance, follower growth, sales increase, revenue increase, brand growth, ad approval, platform monetisation, search ranking, engagement rate, audience retention, legal clearance, copyright safety, or commercial success. Any examples, demos, templates, sample videos, or marketing claims are illustrative only. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelzMint and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, content takedowns, account suspensions on third-party platforms, copyright or trademark claims, payment delays, failed generations, service interruptions, AI output errors, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelzMint's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReelzMint for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately preceding the claim. If you have not paid ReelzMint, our total liability shall be limited to INR 1,000.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelzMint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, error-free operation, and suitability of AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your expectations or that any output will be accurate, lawful, original, commercially useful, or free from third-party claims.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReelzMint, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your Generated Content, your publication or commercial use of Generated Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of third-party rights, your misuse of credits, payments, or account access, or any dispute between you and your customers, clients, viewers, or third-party platforms.

26. Force Majeure

ReelzMint will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cloud service failures, payment gateway failures, AI provider outages, cyberattacks, government restrictions, war, riots, or civil unrest, labour disputes, power failures, or changes in law or regulation.

27. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Platform at any time, including features, pricing, credits, plans, free trials, usage limits, AI models, voices, styles, storage limits, export quality, and supported languages. Where practical, we may provide notice of material changes, but we are not required to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may notify you through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of ReelzMint after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

29. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

30. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with ReelzMint, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Please contact us at: support@reelzmint.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction and process described under the Governing Law section, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReelzMint regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

34. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing credits, generating content, uploading content, downloading outputs, or otherwise using ReelzMint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
