Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, failed payments, duplicate payments, credit usage, and failed generations are handled on ReelzMint ("ReelzMint", "we", "us", or "our").

ReelzMint is an AI-powered platform that helps users create faceless videos, scripts, voiceovers, images, captions, thumbnails, and related digital content.

By purchasing credits, subscriptions, plans, or any paid service on ReelzMint, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Nature of Services

ReelzMint provides digital, AI-powered services. Our services may include AI script generation, AI image generation, AI voiceover generation, AI video generation, caption generation, thumbnail generation, content exports, credit-based usage, subscription-based access, and other digital creation tools.

Because ReelzMint provides digital services that may begin immediately after purchase or generation request, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are added, consumed, generation begins, or digital output is made available.

2. Credits and Usage

ReelzMint may operate using free credits, paid credits, subscription credits, or usage-based credits. Credits may be used for generating scripts, images, voiceovers, and videos; regenerating outputs; exporting or downloading content; accessing premium styles, voices, formats, or features; and other paid platform actions.

Unless stated otherwise: credits have no cash value; credits are non-transferable; credits cannot be resold; credits cannot be exchanged for cash; credits may expire according to the plan or offer under which they were issued; and free credits may be changed, limited, revoked, or discontinued at any time.

Credits are considered consumed when a generation request, render request, export request, or paid action is successfully submitted and processed by the Platform or by our third-party service providers.

3. General Refund Rule

All purchases on ReelzMint are generally final and non-refundable once: credits are added to your account; credits are consumed; a generation process has started; a video, script, voiceover, image, caption, thumbnail, or other output has been generated; a file has been exported or downloaded; a subscription period has started; or a paid feature has been accessed.

This is because AI generation, rendering, payment processing, cloud computing, storage, and third-party model costs may be incurred immediately.

4. Cases Where Refunds May Be Approved

We may approve a full or partial refund in the following cases, at our discretion and subject to verification:

4.1 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same order, plan, credit pack, or transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge after verification.

4.2 Payment Successful but Credits Not Added

If your payment was successful but the purchased credits or plan were not added to your ReelzMint account, we may either add the missing credits or plan benefits to your account, or issue a refund if we are unable to provide the purchased credits or plan benefits.

4.3 Verified Technical Failure

If a generation fails due to a verified technical issue on ReelzMint's side and no usable output is produced, we may, at our discretion, restore the consumed credits, provide a replacement generation, offer an alternative remedy, or issue a partial or full refund.

4.4 Wrong Charge Caused by Platform Error

If you are charged incorrectly due to a verified billing or platform error, we may issue a correction, credit adjustment, or refund.

4.5 Service Not Delivered

If you paid for a specific service and ReelzMint is unable to provide that service due to a technical or operational issue on our side, we may issue a refund or provide an equivalent alternative.

5. Cases Where Refunds Will Usually Not Be Approved

Refunds will generally not be approved if you changed your mind after purchase; no longer need the service; purchased the wrong plan or credit pack; did not use the purchased credits; are dissatisfied with the creative style of an AI-generated output; expected a different artistic result; expected a video to go viral or perform better; published generated content and did not get the desired engagement, views, followers, leads, revenue, or business result; failed to review content before publishing; used generated content in violation of our Terms of Service; your content was rejected, removed, demonetised, or restricted by Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or any other third-party platform; your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service; you uploaded low-quality, incorrect, unlawful, or unauthorised input material; you experienced delays caused by third-party platforms, internet issues, payment gateways, cloud providers, AI providers, or your own device/network; you forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal; you made accidental purchases due to your own error; or you consumed credits through repeated generations or regenerations.

AI-generated content is inherently variable. Minor defects, unexpected creative choices, factual errors, pronunciation issues, visual inconsistencies, or subjective dissatisfaction with generated results do not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Failed Generations

A failed generation means a paid generation request does not produce any usable output due to a verified technical failure. If a generation fails, we may review system logs, payment records, project history, and generation status. If we confirm that the failure was caused by ReelzMint or our service infrastructure, we may restore credits, provide a replacement generation, or issue another appropriate remedy.

A generation will not usually be considered failed merely because you dislike the output; the output requires editing; the voice, image, or video is not exactly as expected; the AI misunderstood the prompt; the output contains minor errors; the output is not suitable for your intended social media platform; the output does not meet subjective quality expectations; or you entered incorrect, vague, incomplete, or unsuitable instructions.

7. Cancellations

7.1 One-Time Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases cannot usually be cancelled once payment is successful and credits are added to your account.

7.2 Subscriptions

If ReelzMint offers subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated in your plan.

7.3 Auto-Renewals

If your subscription is set to renew automatically, you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date. Refunds will generally not be provided for renewals where you forgot to cancel before the billing date.

7.4 Promotional, Discounted, or Trial Plans

Promotional plans, discounted offers, trial credits, free credits, bonus credits, and limited-time offers may be non-refundable and may be subject to additional conditions.

8. Refund Request Window

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of payment or failed transaction. Refund requests made after 7 days may be rejected, unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion. For failed generations, you should contact us as soon as possible and include the relevant project details.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

Email: support@reelzmint.com
Subject line: Refund Request

Please include: your registered email address; payment date; amount paid; order ID or transaction ID; Razorpay payment ID, if available; plan or credit pack purchased; description of the issue; screenshots or supporting evidence, if applicable; and project name or generation details if the issue relates to failed generation.

We may ask for additional information to verify your request. Incomplete refund requests may take longer to process or may be rejected if we cannot verify the issue.

10. Refund Review Process

After receiving your request, we may review payment records, order status, credit usage, account activity, generation logs, error logs, project history, support history, and relevant screenshots or evidence. We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time. Approval or rejection of a refund request is at ReelzMint's discretion, subject to applicable law and payment gateway rules.

11. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may be processed through Razorpay or another payment gateway used for the transaction. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallets, or payment gateways.

12. Refund Timeline

Once approved and initiated, refund timelines may depend on the payment method, bank, and payment gateway. Normal refunds may take approximately 5–10 working/business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on the payment provider and banking partner. In some cases, refunds may take longer due to bank holidays, payment method delays, disputes, incorrect account details, or payment gateway processing issues.

13. Partial Refunds and Credit Restoration

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or restore credits instead of issuing a monetary refund. This may apply where only part of the service failed; some credits were already consumed; some outputs were successfully generated; the issue affected only one generation within a larger purchase; a replacement generation is more appropriate; or a technical issue can be resolved without refunding the full amount. Credit restoration does not create a right to cash withdrawal.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is found to be invalid or abusive, we may suspend or terminate your account, revoke credits, restrict future purchases, recover applicable fees or losses, or refuse future service. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly.

15. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is failed, pending, abandoned, cancelled, or not captured, credits may not be added to your account. If money is deducted from your account but payment status shows as failed or pending, the amount may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider. If the amount is not reversed within the expected banking period, contact us with your transaction details so we can check the payment status.

16. Taxes, Gateway Fees, and Deductions

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how they are displayed at checkout. In some cases, payment gateway fees, transaction charges, taxes, or other deductions may not be reversible to ReelzMint after a payment is processed. Where legally permitted, such non-reversible charges may be deducted from refunds or considered while determining partial refund eligibility.

17. Account Termination and Refunds

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you may lose access to unused credits, generated content, projects, paid features, and subscription benefits. Refunds will generally not be provided where suspension or termination results from misuse, abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment disputes, or violation of our Terms of Service.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ReelzMint after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
