This Privacy Policy explains how ReelzMint ("ReelzMint", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, platform, applications, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

ReelzMint is an AI-powered platform that helps users create faceless videos, scripts, voiceovers, images, and related digital content.

By using ReelzMint, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to provide, improve, secure, and operate ReelzMint.

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, login/authentication details, profile information, account preferences, and subscription or credit status. If you sign in using a third-party provider, we may receive basic account details depending on permissions granted.

1.2 Content and Project Information

When you use ReelzMint to create content, we may collect and process prompts, topic selections, script inputs, generated scripts, voice/language/style preferences, uploaded media, generated outputs (images, videos, audio, thumbnails, captions), and project history and generation logs. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights, privacy, or confidentiality of any third party.

1.3 Payment and Billing Information

Payments are processed through third-party gateways such as Razorpay. We may receive limited payment-related information including payment status, transaction ID, order ID, plan or credit package purchased, the contact number and email address you provide to Razorpay at the time of payment, and refund or dispute status. This Razorpay-supplied payment contact information is stored as a record of the transaction and used for payment verification, fraud prevention, and dispute or refund handling — it is not automatically treated as, or copied into, your billing contact details, and it is not used for marketing communications without your separate consent. We do not directly store your full card number, bank account number, UPI PIN/ID, CVV, net banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Separately, you may choose to save reusable billing details (billing name, address, and an optional billing phone number) in your account for the purpose of generating Payment Receipts. These billing details are provided by you, may differ from the contact information supplied to Razorpay during payment, and are used only to populate your receipts and, where you provide a billing phone number, to include it on receipts you download. Editing your saved billing details does not change the billing information already printed on a previously generated receipt.

1.4 Technical and Usage Information

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, features used, time and date of access, referring URLs, error logs, API usage logs, generation success/failure status, and approximate location derived from IP address.

1.5 Communications

If you contact us for support, feedback, refunds, or complaints, we may collect your name, email address, message content, attachments or screenshots, support history, and any other information you voluntarily share.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 To Provide the Platform

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate users, generate content, save your projects, deliver purchased credits or subscription benefits, process payments and refunds, and provide customer support.

2.2 To Improve ReelzMint

We may use usage data, generation logs, error reports, and feedback to improve content quality, platform speed and reliability, debug errors, understand feature usage, and improve user experience.

2.3 To Maintain Safety and Prevent Abuse

We may use your information to detect spam, fraud, abuse, or misuse; prevent prohibited content generation; enforce our Terms of Service; protect ReelzMint, our users, and third parties; investigate suspicious activity; and comply with legal obligations.

2.4 To Communicate With You

We may contact you for account-related notices, payment confirmations, service updates, security alerts, support responses, policy updates, product announcements, and promotional communication where permitted by law. You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time.

2.5 To Comply With Legal Requirements

We may process and retain information where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, accounting obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or lawful government requests.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

ReelzMint uses AI tools and third-party service providers to generate scripts, images, audio, videos, captions, and related outputs. Depending on the feature used, your prompts, preferences, uploaded content, or generated content may be processed by third-party AI, cloud, hosting, storage, analytics, or infrastructure providers — including AI model providers, voice generation providers, image generation providers, video processing providers, cloud hosting providers, database and storage providers, payment gateways, and analytics tools.

We share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate the Platform, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

4. User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to ReelzMint, subject to our Terms of Service. By uploading content, you give ReelzMint permission to process, store, transform, display, and use that content only as necessary to provide the requested services.

You should not upload content you do not have the right to use; private or confidential information without permission; personal data of others without lawful basis; sensitive information such as financial credentials, government IDs, or passwords; or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Generated Content

ReelzMint may store generated content including scripts, images, voiceovers, videos, captions, and metadata to allow you to access, download, edit, or reuse your projects. We may also store generation logs to track credit usage, debug failed generations, improve quality, prevent abuse, handle support or refund requests, and maintain platform security.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, unique, error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, understand usage patterns, prevent fraud and abuse, measure marketing effectiveness, and provide analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

7. How We Share Information

7.1 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Platform, including hosting, storage, databases, AI generation, voice generation, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, and communication tools.

7.2 Payment Providers

Payment-related data may be processed by gateways such as Razorpay. Their processing of payment credentials and transaction data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7.3 Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, respond to legal requests, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect users, third parties, or the public.

7.4 Business Transfers

If ReelzMint is involved in a merger, acquisition, investment, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, maintain your account, store your projects and generated content, process payments and refunds, comply with tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise your personal information unless we are required or permitted to retain it. Generated content, logs, and backups may continue to exist for a limited period before being permanently deleted from backup systems.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure authentication, access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure cloud infrastructure, database security controls, monitoring and logging, restricted access to sensitive systems, and security reviews. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent, request deletion of your personal data, request information about how your data is used, grieve or complain about data processing practices, and opt out of non-essential communications. 11. Children's Privacy

ReelzMint is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, we may delete such information and restrict the account. 12. International Data Transfers

ReelzMint may use cloud, AI, storage, analytics, and infrastructure providers located in India or other countries. By using the Platform, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your place of residence. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards.

13. Marketing and Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform and to improve our services. We may also use limited data to send product updates, offers, or promotional messages. You can opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option or contacting us directly. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send important service-related messages such as payment confirmations, security alerts, or policy updates.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise your personal information, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution requirements. Deleting your account may result in loss of access to your projects, generated content, unused credits, subscription benefits, and account history.
