Do my videos stay in my account?
Yes. Every completed video is automatically saved to your My Videos library. As part of our storage policy, videos remain available for up to 7 days. We recommend downloading and keeping a local copy of any videos you'd like to keep permanently.
How long can my videos be?

Are the videos unique?

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for creating AI videos and generating AI photos are extremely high. In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds for the GPU processing time used to create your AI videos.
Will I lose my video if I close the page?
